The StratConn Business Meeting Series, developed by the Path to Purchase Institute, lets buyers and sellers connect more efficiently and strategically than ever before. Serving several niche markets in the RETAIL and MARKETING industries, StratConns bring the right business partners together through well-planned, 30-minute face-to-face sessions in deluxe meeting rooms. Limited to a small number of high-value buyers and sellers, StratConn's focus is squarely on building business the smart way.

Typically one to two days in length, StratConn events consist of face-to-face planning sessions scheduled between solution providers (HOSTS) and solution seekers (GUESTS) to review new products and services, marketing initiatives and business strategies. By participating in StratConn events, hosts and guests bring new efficiency to sourcing and marketing processes, and save valuable time and money.

At each StratConn, hosts will have anywhere from 10 to 17 half-hour, face-to-face planning sessions with guests. Each host company is provided a private meeting room in which to set up product displays, sales literature, visual aids or other meeting supplies. At regular intervals, guests are escorted by Institute staff from room to room to meet with appointed hosts. These meetings are the central function of every StratConn.

To ensure a high level of satisfaction to all participants, StratConn host companies may send up to 3 senior level management executives to participate in the event. Similarly, each guest company may send up to 3 attendees, all of whom meet Institute standards relating to their decision-making authority. The Institute carefully qualifies and pre-screens all participating hosts and guests as part of its business matchmaking process.
